Want to shop early? We need volunteers and all our volunteers get to shop the pre-sale on Friday, April 17th from 8:00 pm until 10:00 pm and get a higher consignor percentage. You do not have to be a Consignor to volunteer. We are allowing our volunteers to bring their spouses and children to the Volunteer Pre-Sale. *This is a new policy that we are implementing on a trial basis so please don’t abuse it by bringing your BFF or other non-family members.*
75 % if you sell and work a 2 hr shift
80% if you sell and then work 2 2-hr shifts (each flyer route & the clean-up shift will count as 1 2-hour shift)
Volunteer shifts will open on the Clothing Sale website Saturday, March 28th at 10am! Sign-up early to get the time slot and job you want. We have a lot of fun, work together as a team, and get to support a great cause. Moncure PTO needs your help for another successful sale!
You can sign up for work shifts here.
Volunteer shifts are only 2 hours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign-in at the volunteer table and feel free to bring any snacks or drinks you might need during your work-time. Check-in is at the front entrance of school and YOU MUST CHECK IN…otherwise you won’t get credit. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes!
Please do your best to keep areas tidy and organized. All items that are torn, stained or missing tags should be brought to the cashier table.
