Our Fall Festival is coming up on Friday, October 27th from 5pm – 7:30pm. This is a great family fun event! Each grade level will be sponsoring games or food booths and all proceeds will go into the classrooms. The PTO and Moncure faculty will have a raffle and book fair along with many kid-friendly games. Tickets will cost $.50 each and will be available for purchase at the event. Games cost 1-2 tickets a piece and most have prizes for participants. We will have a Cake Walk, Human Bowling, Musical Chairs, Franken-Snot, and Monster Making just to name a few! If you would like to VOLUNTEER to help run a game for the PTO please sign up here. We need help with prizes for our Cake Walk. If you can donate a cake or baked good please sign up and drop off your goodies to the school on Friday, October 27th by 3pm. Thanks! Wow! What a sale! Thanks to everyone that come out to volunteer, consign and shop! We appreciate you spending some of your weekend with us and hope you found some awesome deals! Mark your calendars for our Spring 2018 sale on March 16th and 17th!
For consignors: we just wanted to give you some insight into the numbers you’re seeing on your consignor homepage: if you sold items during the discount period, your total sales WILL NOT be correct. This is because everything that is sold during the discount period shows up on your end as being sold for full price. Don’t worry, though! We have the correct sales totals on our side! You will be able to see those totals in the sales breakdown that is included with your check. Please don’t rely on the numbers you see on your homepage to indicate what your check will look like. We know this is an on-going problem and hope to figure out a solution soon. Thanks for understanding! If you’d like to see a report of your sold and unsold items, login to our consignment website.
