We want this to be the best year yet at Moncure! We are asking busy parents to pledge just one hour a semester to help with just about anything. More time is always appreciated too. The PTO is very excited to offer many new programs and events this year. We can’t provide all these without the help of the parents. Please join our Moncure Manpower Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/827213610778326/) to find out when we need help. We’ll post there when we need help at school and jobs you can help with from home.
Please consider volunteering with us this year. The PTO will have workdays in the PTO room every Wednesday from 9am-12pm. If you are able to come for an hour or two, please join us! We have plenty of room and lots to keep you busy. We’re looking forward to getting to know more of the Moncure kids and families this year!

Class placements will be available on ParentVUE after 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 29th. ParentVUE is an account that will follow your student(s) throughout their time with Stafford County Public Schools. While we do not post grades on ParentVUE at the elementary level, as your child(ren) reach middle school and high school you will be able to access assignments and quarter grades. For those of you who have not already enrolled in ParentVUE, please look for an activation key with directions to arrive in the mail during the second week of August. Parents are only assigned ONE ParentVUE account that will display all of their enrolled children. If you previously used ParentVUE for an older sibling, you should already have an account. If so, please use your previous username and password. If you have any questions or misplaced your login information, please contact Anne E. Moncure Elementary for a new activation key. Finally, if you know of a student who has not registered for school, please help us spread the word. As a reminder… students missing required medical and/or registration information will not be assigned a teacher until all records are completed. Thanks for your understanding.

This is our biggest and most important fundraiser of the year. Please keep in mind our school keeps 100% of all donations made with check or cash and 85% of donations made online.
Friday, March 9th and
Saturday, March 10th
You price it. You tag it. We’ll sell it for you and mail you a check.
Why consign with us?
The Moncure Elementary Clothing Sale has been a community tradition for over 36 years! This is the longest running and largest children’s clothing sale in Stafford. All of the proceeds from the Clothing Sale go to benefit the students of Moncure Elementary School and any items not picked up will be donated to local charities. You can turn your unwanted items into cash & support a great cause.
We have worked hard to make consigning as easy as possible. We’re Moms and Consignors too, so we’re constantly trying to improve our sale, while maintaining everything you love about us. Our online system is easy to use and you have until Thursday, March 8th at noon to enter your items (you can print your tags anytime).
What makes us different?
We have a small ($.50) minimum, so you have more flexibility when you price your items. You don’t have to try to find several pieces of clothing in the same size to justify a high minimum.
If you volunteer for 2 shifts (4 hours) you’ll earn 80% of all your sales. That’s the highest in the area. You can also shop our Volunteer-Only Pre-Sale on Friday, March 9th from 8pm-10pm as long you work at least one shift.
After our Consignor pick-up on Saturday, March 10th from 11am-12pm, we sell everything that’s left at 50% off. It offers you one last chance to make some money on your items before they’re donated. Please take note that there is NO additional consignor pick-up period after the Discount Sale.
- Many of our Consignors use our sale as an opportunity to pay it forward in our community. Our sale enables the less fortunate in our area the opportunity to shop for quality clothing at an affordable price. No child in Stafford should ever go without shoes or a coat!Interested in Volunteering? Sign-up early to get the time slot and job you want. We need your help for another successful sale! Click here to learn more about volunteering at the sale.
Please visit our consignment website to start entering your items now. For more information about consigning with us, click here.
